We’re so thrilled to welcome Skyway Enterprises to Kissimmee Gateway Airport! Skyway was founded in 1981 in Michigan as a Cessna aircraft dealer to support flight schools approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
. The company steadily developed throughout the years and in 1983, Skyway became a certified FAA air carrier, purchasing its first Learjet to provide charter services. In 1985, the company kept growing, adding to its fleet four Short 360.
After some years in operations, Skyway was awarded multiple contracts, providing air ambulance services, freight services, and other interesting collaborations, more specifically, with the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan.
After analyzing opportunities to grow, Skyway was relocated to Kissimmee, Florida to open its horizon to the Southern US and Caribbean market. Welcome to the KISM family Team Skyway!
