March 10th was an incredible day for our airport! We were proud to host the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) Job Shadow Day and introduce students enrolled in the aviation master’s program to the inner workings of an airport. They got to explore the airfield, visit Cirrus Aircraft and learn about their services. At AeroStar Training Services, students saw the cockpit of a B-737 full-motion flight simulator up close and learned more about what it takes to become a pilot. We are so thankful to Embry-Riddle for allowing us to host these amazing students and providing insight into what we do at Kissimmee Gateway Airport.
