Help us welcome our newest team member! Troy Heidel is our new full-time Airport Operations Coordinator at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport. Troy is a U.S. Army Veteran and was assigned as a vehicle mechanic during his 8-year enlistment. His military experience, supplemented with his two years of experience at the Winter Haven Airport as an Airport Technician Supervisor, and private pilot experience, has provided him with a well-rounded amount of knowledge for taking on the rewarding challenges and career advancement opportunities at ISM. We are glad to have his positive attitude and eagerness to learn, as our newest member of #TeamISM.
