Our former interns are doing big things and we couldn't be prouder! We were so excited to catch up with former intern Bay McIntosh who visited the airport last week on a short break from his Air Force pilot training!

He is a local Kissimmee resident and high school graduate from Osceola High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Bay continued his aviation endeavors at the completion of his internship at the Kissimmee Airport as a Line Technician for Signature Flight Services.

Almost a year later, an Operations Coordinator position became available and he returned to where his aviation career began and has been a full-time employee for the Kissimmee Airport as of July 2019. Bay is a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force National Guard, conducting pilot training for the A-10 Thunderbolt II program. Thank you, Bay, for coming by to say hello. We’re very proud of you!
